and submit manifests of the cargoes on board ships or airplanes
to customs on behalf of shipping and airline companies for
comprehensive management of all cargoes entering Korean ports
or airports. It is designed to fulfill both the customs and
users' needs by idenfitfying customs' legal and administrative
matters and users' business and technical problems.

A system supporting the U.S. customs' CSI (Container Security
Initiative) designed to prevent terrorism and also to cope
effectively with the CSI agreement that conducts pre-inspection
of dangerous container cargoes. Customs obtains cargo information
from cargo-owners, compiles and provides it to shipping companies
or forwarders in a computerized form so that shipping firms
or forwarders can transmit AMS (Automated Manifest System)
data directly to the U.S. customs 24 hours before shipment
of the cargo.
- Transport firms can transmit reports simultanesouly to Korean
customs at the port of departure and the U.S. customs at the
port of destination, utilizing jointly-shared shipping information.
- Cargo-owners can process shipping information electronically,
shorten processing time and create additional time for manufacturing
